I work as an external transport consultant providing support to the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in Brazil. At IDB, I support: with the preparation, approval and execution of programs, loan and technical assistance; developement of macro and micro analysis of sectoral regulation and contracts, and; the interface of specialized knowledge in legislation and regulation, with an emphasis on infrastructure PPPs. Previously I assisted in Australia the Global Infrastructure Hub (GI HUB) Senior Manager, Leading Practices and Policy to promote and prioritize G20 leading practices; build the capacity of the public sector to attract investment in infrastructure; ensure there is a comprehensive, open source project pipeline database. I also supported: to provide support to the Leading Practices and Policy Team with liaison required for the upcoming Risk Allocation workshops, to provide briefing support to senior executives: including policy advice, meeting papers and briefing documents in support of delegations to international and domestic meetings. I also advised the Transport and Logistics Coordination of the Ministry of Finance of Brazil by four years, with the following activities: analyzing project and investment status forecasted and actions at Growth Acceleration Program (Programa de Aceleração do Crescimento – PAC) and at Logistic Investment Program (Programa de Investimentos em Logística – PIL); evaluation and improvement of modeling of concessions in infrastructure sectors; development of studies and sectorial analysis in transport; development of studies to evaluate and improve regulatory landmarks at airport, waterway, highway and railway infrastructure sectors; analysis of proposals of normative acts on transport and logistics sectors elaborated by the National Congress and the various organs of the Public Administration, mainly those issued by regulatory agencies.   I hold a Master Degree in Transport from Universidade de Brasília (UnB), Brazil.
